The most amazing split level L shaped lounge is the center piece of this large villa, its over 700 sq feet in size. This spectacular spiral staircase is ideal for those late night cabaret performances ! . This leads to a upper gallery which runs round the edge of the living room on the 1st floor with access to the upper bedrooms. The layout of the room means that there are three seprate seating areas consiting of a built in  L shaped sofa seating six with marble coffee table in front of a open log fire and ideal for viewing the TV with freeview satilite ,DVD, Video and and listening to the Stereo with CD player. There is a double cream sofa and a pair cream leather three seater sofas with coffee table, ideal for those lazy evenings after a hard day by the pool. The room is air conditioned  with top of the range Dakin units which also provide heating for those cooler evenings.

The bar is unfortunately NOT stocked before your arrival !. But you can make the most of it on those long warm summer evenings, but mind your head on the underside of the stairs as you weave your way to bed. The patio doors lead to to the dining area which has two sets of table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens.

 The large dining room is accessed from the lounge via a archway, it has all new furiture including large table seating 8 with high back chairs and large matching wall unit. Air condititioned which also can provide heat during the cooler evenings
