Terms and Conditions

 The accommodation is all bookable on a weekly basis the main change over day through the peak of the season will be Saturday.The Villa is available from 2 p.m. on the day of occupation and we ask that people vacate the Villa by 10 a.m. on the last day of let (although it might be necessary for the Housekeeping Staff to be in there from 8 a.m.). These changeover days may be varied according to the availability.

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking ( unless agreed otherwise ) . The outstanding amount is payable six weeks from the start of your holiday. If your booking is less than two months before your holiday, then the full amount is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay in full by the 6 week  deadline can result in the cancellation of your booking with no refunds. All deposits are non returnable unless the weeks are booked by a another client, if the cancellation is within 8 weeks of the start of your holiday the full amount is payable for your booking unless we can let the villa to another client for the some amount, if the letting is for less than the original letting cost the difference will be deducted from your payment and only the balance will be returned to you.

The villa is booked by you for the stated number of people and any persons above that will not be allowed i.e if you book it with three bedrooms only them max occupancy will be 6/7 only, not 8/9

We can provide cots at a rate of £15  per/week, payable with your booking fee. A high chair is also available for advanced booking at £5   per/week.

The charges for the villa rental are as stated on our price list and this includes water, gas, electricity and a once a week maid service, which includes cleaning the villa and a change of linen and towels after 1 week. (The maid service does not include washing up).

The Villa must be left in the same condition as it was found. Failure to do so resulting in extra cleaning or replacement or repair of broken items will be charged additionally and deducted from your deposit.

If you require Additional cleaning this can be arranged @ 35 euros a day

A deposit of £200.00 is required when you pay the rental of the Villa. This is refundable less the charges for breakages. The balance of your deposit will be returned 2 - 4 weeks after your arrival home. (hot water is provided by solar heating, but all the water in the villas is pumped by electrical pumps).

No liability is accepted for any loss or damage to personal property, or injury while on the rented premises and we advise that you take out holiday insurance.

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday due to circumstances beyond our control eg. Earthquakes, fire, floods etc If such circumstances do occur you will be fully reimbursed.

A list of telephone numbers for emergency is provided at the Villa.

We do our utmost to maintain the Villa in the best possible condition and we ask you to help us in doing this by reporting breakages or faults at the earliest possible opportunity. We are not liable should any breakdown of services and equipment occur during your stay, but will however do our utmost to restore the service as quickly as is possible.

Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring towels for out door use as these are not supplied by us.

The loss of the strong box key will require a new lock assembly to be fitted ( €60 ) also the loss or damage of air con remote controls ( @ € 150 each) will taken from the security deposit.
